La Cocina de Ramón is a small family restaurant, located in the heart of Logroño, just 100 meters from the Plaza de Abastos (City Market) where we go shopping every day.
The basis of Our Cuisine is the products of La Rioja and its Traditional Recipe Book, which is why we prepare a Traditional Riojan Cuisine in which the product and the raw materials of each season are the main protagonists, although we do not for that reason give up products and recipes from other regions.
From Traditional Cuisine dishes to Modern Cuisine dishes, in all of them our sole intention is always to seek the flavor of the product as the sole purpose.
